By using Sözlə (the “Game”) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of the service

Sözlə is a free online word-guessing puzzle in Azerbaijani. The Game is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will operate continuously, uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Game, the following are prohibited:

• using automated tools (bots) that disrupt the normal operation of the Game;
• extracting or misusing the Game’s source code or database without permission;
• inflating leaderboard results by fraudulent means;
• use for unlawful purposes or purposes that harm others.

4. Intellectual property

The Game’s design, code, logo and content are protected by copyright. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial play requires permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Game. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes.

6. Ads & third-party services

The Game may contain third-party ads and analytics services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Updates are posted on this page.

1. Şərtlərin qəbulu

Sözlə oyunundan (bundan sonra “Oyun”) istifadə etməklə bu İstifadə Şərtlərini qəbul etmiş olursunuz. Şərtlərlə razı deyilsinizsə, Oyundan istifadə etməyin.

2. Xidmətin təsviri

Sözlə Azərbaycan dilində pulsuz onlayn söz-tapmaca oyunudur. Oyun “olduğu kimi” təqdim olunur və biz onun daimi, kəsintisiz və ya səhvsiz işləyəcəyinə zəmanət vermirik.

3. İstifadə qaydaları

Oyundan istifadə edərkən aşağıdakılar qadağandır:

• Oyunun normal işini pozan avtomatlaşdırılmış vasitələrdən (bot) istifadə;
• Oyunun mənbə kodunu, məlumat bazasını icazəsiz surətdə çıxarmaq və ya sui-istifadə etmək;
• Reytinq nəticələrini saxta yollarla şişirtmək;
• Qanunsuz və ya başqalarına zərər verən məqsədlərlə istifadə.

4. Əqli mülkiyyət

Oyunun dizaynı, kodu, loqosu və məzmunu müəlliflik hüququ ilə qorunur. Şəxsi, qeyri-kommersiya məqsədli oynamaqdan başqa istifadə üçün icazə tələb olunur.

5. Məsuliyyətin məhdudlaşdırılması

Oyunun istifadəsindən yarana biləcək hər hansı birbaşa və ya dolayı zərərə görə məsuliyyət daşımırıq. Oyun əyləncə məqsədilə təqdim olunur.

6. Reklamlar və üçüncü tərəf xidmətləri

Oyunda üçüncü tərəf reklamları və analitika xidmətləri ola bilər. Bu xidmətlərin öz şərtləri və məxfilik siyasətləri tətbiq olunur.

7. Dəyişikliklər

Bu şərtlər istənilən vaxt yenilənə bilər. Yeniliklər bu səhifədə dərc olunur.
